If you live inside Dhaka, we can deliver directly to your home address. For purchases outside Dhaka, orders can be collected from third party courier service branch offices.

Yes, you can. To place an order through our Facebook page, please inbox us with the product code along with your phone number, email address, and your physical address. One of the members of our customer care department will call you as soon as possible to confirm your order

No. We don’t have any showroom or physical outlet at the moment. However, we are going to open few outlets in Bangladesh very recently.

Enter the number of your voucher card when checking out. There will be a designated box for you to do this.

To change your shipping address, please go to “my account’’ menu on the bottom of the homepage. There, you’ll have the option to change your shipping address. Each time you place an order, you will need to confirm your shipping address. You can change the shipping address there as well.

The items you’ve ordered are in stock, delivery inside Dhaka typically takes 24 hours. However, if the items you’ve ordered are out of stock, it takes 20-30 days for us to deliver your desired products.

We use 3rd party services to ensure that your product is cared for in delivery at present. We offer home delivery service in Dhaka, but outside of Dhaka, we normally use Sundarban Courier ServiceSA Paribahan and RedX. For international shipping, we use the local post office for free shipping and DHL for express shipping. We’ve tried to provide as many payment options as possible for our customers. We accept all of the following payment options:

You just need to take pictures/video of the product when you are unsealing, send us by mail with the proof of purchase (i.e. purchase receipt), and send the product to our office via a courier service.

If your purchase value is more than 2000৳, there is no delivery charge.

  • For customers All over Bangladesh, the delivery charge is 100৳ if the order value below 1999.
  • However, If your purchase value is more than 2000৳, there is NO DELIVERY CHARGE.

C. Check to see if the product is out of stock
